I haven't played any of the State of Seige games but this looks like a good implementation. My main gripe is why the low resolution / muddy resolution? The text in particular is made harder to read by this. The game itself looks good with a serviceable tutorial and straightforward UI. Overall it looks like a good version, I am just disappointed they didn't up the resolution on the assets.

Yes I am. Is there any difference in how it appears on other devices? I will check it out on my daughter's ipad1 and see if there is any difference.

Nah, I bet if the graphics are as low-res as you're saying it probably looks about the same.

There was an issue with the build that is currently on the iPad. There is a patch awaiting approval from Apple which will display the hi-res graphics in proper resolution, as well as performance issues on the iPad1.

Another important note: there appears to be massive issues with the scoring. Sorry, but added to some of the other known issues this title has had, I'm forced to conclude that it was released before it was ready. AppShopper wish list for me.
