    The best part of this is the proprietary framework that they have developed. I am interested to see what kind of classics developers may choose to cash in on if this makes development a significantly smaller investment for them.

    I don't think that it matters if the original is a new or rather old game. But what is the sense of converting an old AND mediocre game? Who should buy this for 20 bucks? I expect this to be an epic fail -hopefully it is not already the beginning of the end.

    Prices haven't been set yet, but it is definitely not the "beginning of the end". What this does is show that old classics can be ported to the iPad without any content loss and making sure the interface works with touch screen. This can be nothing but good news for those who were fans of older titles that want to bring it with them on the go with their iPad.
